-"We Have To"

Park (Tourist)

I love the flowers in the park...well, I want to tell you my favorite species, however, I don’t know its name. I wish I could know more about the plants in the park.

Riley (Local)

" I got to know about the dog club from a lady who was walking with her dog. She just let us know about the group and then we just went out to see and figured it out."

Robert (Local)

I drive to the park and the parking space is always full.

It would be great to know about the parking spots in advance.

🟠Initial Observation

Research

2.9 million visitors come to Forsyth park every year

We did research if people are familiar with AR. We also interviewed people In park on their experience with AR.

There are 260 million smartphone users in the United States.

There are 83.1 million AR users in the United States. With this data we did feel this app would reach a wider audience and we started our design process.

This is a project which was done in collaboration with Friends of Forsyth, City of Savannah. There were 1000's surveys and lots of interviews conducted and with all that data we had did look into what kind of issues people were pointing to and then we did get data on how many visitors are coming into savannah and it was 2.9M people every year.
